By choosing to cooperate with us, you can be absolutely certain. If we fail to register a mark that we found to be ready for registration, we will offer you a refund.

We guarantee that your trademark will be published. If it is not published, we will refund all fees that you paid us.

However, if we conduct our searches and conclude that your trademark will likely not get published because it is too similar to an already registered trademark, we will advise you not to continue. If we do so, your application will not be guaranteed.

The fees amount to 170 pounds for the first class and 50 pounds for each additional class. The fees cover the costs of the 10-year protection period.

The official fees are due at the start of the registration process.
